Austin has 15 years of experience coaching goalies. During this time he played 4 years for the Everett Silvertips in the Western Hockey League and 1 year with the Medicine Hat Tigers, where he received multiple community service awards. While playing Jr. Hockey, he won a gold medal playing for Team Canada at the World U18 Hockey Tournament in Russia. After JR's Austin went on to play pro for 7 years with stops in the AHL, ECHL and currently the SPHL. Throughout his pro career, he has attended multiple NHL camps, giving him the expertise to begin MODERN ATHLETIX.

Hayden grew up in Rockford, IL. For most of his time in youth hockey, he played for the Madison Capitols organization before moving to Team Illinois his first year of U-18 hockey. From there, he went on to play two and half years of junior hockey in both the NAHL and the USHL. His team won the USHL Championship before he moved on to play four years of college hockey at Cornell University. After graduating from Cornell, he went on to play professional hockey, and is entering his sixth full season of pro this coming year.

Kevin is an accomplished executive with a strong background in management and business development. Wearing many hats, Kevin has tackled strategic growth, operational efficiency, risk management, and fundraising. Kevin also has extensive experience in the banking sector, where he oversaw compliance programs and regulatory operations, strengthening adherence to industry standards. With over two decades of leadership experience across various industries, Kevin Gardner brings strategic vision and a dedication to excellence.
